Community Matters (Yorkshire) proves Quality assurance is not just for big organisations

Community Matters (Yorkshire) is only the 10th organisation in Leeds to be awarded the PQASSO Quality Mark including the Charity Commission endorsement. In addition Community Matters (Yorkshire) is the smallest organisation nationally to achieve this prestigious award

Community Matters (Yorkshire) is a small charity founded in 2010, they deliver support to organisations who offer childcare as well as delivering direct services for children, families and communities.

PQASSO is the leading quality standard developed for the third sector and by the sector. It is run by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations

PQASSO covers all aspects of an organisation. Its standards include governance, communications, monitoring and service delivery. As it was designed for use within the third sector PQASSO is designed to include quality measures that are relevant to Not for Profit sector.
