Burmantofts Senior Action (BSA CIO) is a local neighbourhood scheme supporting older people in the Burmantofts, Lincoln Green, Ebor Gardens and Harehills areas of Leeds.


 BSA CIO Board of Trustees seeks to appoint a

 Scheme Manager

to provide the inspiration and leadership required to ensure the achievement of the charity’s objectives.


The successful candidate will have the skills, initiative, and enthusiasm to help re-brand the organisation, refresh its mission statement and drive forward its programme of change and growth


The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Staff and resource management
  • Operational and financial planning (including funding and project planning)
  • Development/review and implementation of all key policies and procedures
  • Performance management
  • Risk analysis
  • Strategic Influence
  • Stakeholder management
  • Legal Compliance


Salary: SCP point 26 - £29 636 PER ANNUM (Full time 37.5 hours per week)

The post is permanent (subject to successful completion of a 3 months probationary period)
