Digital Incusion Project Worker

Salary: NJC 5 (£19,312 FTE) 24 hours per week

We are looking to expand our team and build on our digital inclusion work. The role will provide a range of opportunities for our members to participate and build confidence around digital inclusion by developing and delivering a digital project across the organisation.

Key elements of the role:

  • Effective development and delivery of our digital project
  • Digital referral scheme for health, social and daily living activities
  • Build a digital library of equipment & resources.
  • One to one, home, group, and online support

If you have relevant digital experience and a desire to work with older people in building confidence and understanding of the digital world, we want to hear from you. The current covid conditions have highlighted the digital divide in many communities and we are witnessing first-hand a need to move onto a digital platform both for the current crisis and the future.

In return, we offer a 12-month fixed-term position in a small friendly team, a competitive salary, and a flexible home/work balance.

Closing Date for Applications: Noon, Friday 12th March 2021
