Member Engagement Lead

Salary: NJC 17 (£24,491 FTE) 30 hours per week Permanent Position

We are currently looking for an addition to our team who's main area will be to
lead on AVSED’s work with members and ensure a smooth journey through referral, interaction, and retention to combat isolation & loneliness, by proactively engaging with each contact and providing an outreach service to support independent living.

Key elements of the role:

  • Effective delivery of our membership programme
  • Referrals & Assessments
  • Proactive person-centred interventions
  • Community outreach

If you have relevant experience in community outreach and working with older people plus a desire and enthusiasm to have a direct impact on the health and wellbeing of our members, this role could be for you. This is a fast-paced role requiring a quick-thinking, self-motivated, and organised person that has excellent customer service and communication skills.
