Receptionist and Administrator 

£11.24 per hour

25 hours per week Monday to Friday


We are looking to recruit a friendly and welcoming person with excellent people skills to work in our City Centre office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to our Equipment and Information Centre and for clients attending activity groups once our premises are fully reopened.

You should also possess strong administrative and IT skills to ensure accurate recording of information on our database and be confident in dealing with enquiries in person, by email and by telephone.

You must be a good team player who can work well with staff, volunteers and clients but also be able to work on your own initiative to prioritise your workload.

Experience of working with people with sight loss would be an advantage but full Sight Loss Awareness Training will be provided.
