Registered Manager- Residential Home for 6 Adults  with Learning Disabilities

Salary: SP 25– 30 £29,577 – £33,782 p.a. plus pension and other benefits

Catholic care was founded in 1863 and has evolved its services now caring for adults, children & families and helping those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable and marginalized; people of all faiths or of no faith at all. The charity also employs people of all faiths and none. 

We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our established Leeds Residential Care Home which provides care and support to 6 Adults with learning disabilities. 

This opportunity will see you working as part of an established team, reporting to the Senior Manager for adults with learning disabilities. 

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for managing, leading and inspiring the team to deliver excellent person-centred care in a safe, stable, nurturing and caring environment and strive to move the home to an outstanding CQC rating. 

We also seek someone who is self-motivated, with strong personal values aligned to those of the Charity and has the energy and a passion for supporting adults with a Learning disability.
