Support Worker – Floating + Outreach
Salary: SP8 – SP12 £20,493 – £22,183 pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience
Post: Full & Part Time considered included flexible working across evenings and weekends
Location: Leeds & Brighouse – initially based in Leeds

Working to make a real difference We are looking for an excellent values driven person for the role of Floating Support Worker plus Outreach across our supported living homes for adults with a learning disability and also out in the community in the Leeds and Brighouse areas. The Charity does not employ agency staff and has a team of dedicated bank and floating staff to support the homes and outreach contracts. During the pandemic our staff are based in one location and this role would initially be based in Leeds.
